Spa Etiquette
A few small things help your time with us feel as unhurried as it should. Here is what to expect, and what we ask of our guests, so that everyone can relax.
Please give us at least 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment.
We encourage guests to arrive 10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment.
Brookleigh cannot accommodate children during your treatment.
Smoking is not permitted within the Day Spa Grounds for the comfort of our guests and staff.
Deposits may be required for busy periods or weekends.
Please switch your mobile to silent whilst at the Day Spa.
Refund Policy
Brookleigh Day Spa will refund or rebook a service if you are not completely happy with your treatment. For the service to be refunded or rebooked the complaint must be made during treatment and treatment terminated before completion. All staff are empowered to refund or rebook if you are not satisfied with your treatment. Please note that we cannot refund on threat of social media action by the client, or after treatment has concluded.
